Apple MagSafe Charger

I used the Apple MagSafe Charger in the Custom Nightstand with Hidden Wireless Charger project. It was a perfect fit for that build because the charger is small, reliable, and high quality, which made it easy to integrate without making the nightstand feel like an electronics project.

The round shape worked well with the thin acrylic insert in the top, and the holder mounted underneath kept the charger close enough to the surface to work cleanly. It let the charging feature stay hidden while the top of the nightstand remained simple and usable.

For a furniture project where the charger needed to disappear into the design, this was exactly the kind of compact part I wanted. It added a useful feature without taking over the look of the finished piece.
