FEYRINX 2020 V-Type Aluminum Extrusion

The 2020 V-type aluminum extrusion became the backbone of the Custom Rock Tumbler. I needed a frame that could hold the Dayton motor, rollers, bearing blocks, pulleys, and barrel without turning the whole build into a welded or overbuilt frame project.

This extrusion made the layout flexible while I worked through roller spacing and drive alignment. Being able to bolt things together, test the fit, and adjust the structure was a big advantage on a one-off shop machine.

It gave the tumbler a clean, modular frame and made the finished setup feel much more serious than the small unit it replaced.
