Festool Guide Rail FS FS 14002 KP

The Festool FS 1400/2 KP guide rail was useful on the 8 ft Walnut Entry Hall Table because long furniture parts need clean, confident cuts. The table was already ambitious enough without fighting wandering lines or awkward setup.

This rail helped make the cutting side feel more controlled, especially around large pieces where a normal small-shop setup can get clumsy fast. I like tools that make big parts feel manageable, and this fits that role well.

It supported the larger goal of the build: a long walnut table that looked polished instead of improvised.
