Harbor Freight 60" Aluminum Bar Clamp

The Harbor Freight 60 inch aluminum bar clamp was useful on the Front Porch Bench, where the parts were long enough that smaller clamps would have felt limiting. The bench had to be sturdy, sized around a real cushion, and assembled cleanly before paint.

This clamp helped during the pine frame assembly and fit checks. It gave me the reach I needed for a larger porch piece without turning the clamping setup into a whole separate problem.

For a practical bench build, that is exactly what I want from a clamp: enough length, enough pressure, and no fuss while the project comes together.
