This shop-made crosscut sled was built for the SawStop CTS to make crosscuts safer, cleaner, and more repeatable on a compact table saw.

The base uses blue T-track, hold-downs, and a stop block to control the workpiece, while runners underneath guide the sled through the CTS table slots. After assembly, the fence was dialed in with the four-cut method so the sled would cut square to the blade.

The finished sled gives the workpiece better support, keeps hands farther from the blade, and makes repeated crosscuts easier to control.
