Raspberry Pi Model 3B+

The Raspberry Pi Model 3B+ was a good fit for the Magic Mirror Daily Dashboard because the project needed a small computer that could live behind the frame and run everyday information without taking over the build.

That dashboard is really about quick check-ins: time, weather, wind, calendar items, local news, stock quotes, and upcoming dates. The Pi made it possible to keep all of that in one compact framed display instead of leaving a loose screen and wiring mess on the counter.

For this kind of always-visible utility project, the board did its job well. It stayed tucked behind the handmade frame and let the finished piece read as a useful object, not just electronics on a bench.
